Family stay with a twist of comfort
Booked a Luxury Queen Room for 2 nights and it was modern and well appointed. The valet guys were good, especially the older guy who really went out of his way to help us. The breakfast was great, a solid buffet that kept the kids happy for sure.
It's not the cheapest place around but it's worth it.

It was a wonderful stay, modern and relaxing place. Breakfast was enjoyable, exceptional views, amazing location close enough to Toronto for the David Gilmour concert at the Air Canada Centre, which is literally 50 yards outside the front door and so many attractions.

The hotel was big size, and the meals were outstanding, I appreciated the incredible location just off restaurants in immediate area and the harbour restaurant district on Lake Ontario. This was a good stay on a personal visit, great prices.

I felt quite disappointed with my experience. The cleaning staff interrupted my peace several times a day, despite my requests for privacy. On check-out, the receptionist didn't bother to ask about my stay, leaving me feeling unvalued. I was unaware of the late check-out option, which could have alleviated my wait at the airport.

The hotel was great, featuring a cozy yet chic atmosphere with fabulous jazz playing upon entering. The bed and bathroom were fantastic, although the toilet door lacked privacy and the Nespresso machine was finicky. The location was excellent, being near shows and attractions.

Ultra modern, very stylish, design heaven
Finding it! We arrived by car during the evening, and the only name visible from any distance is a g high on the wall, you cannot see the full name, written over the entrance door, until you are right outside. The address quoted by Booked.net (Bremner Boulevard) is signposted as the adjacent road, so quite confusing.

The hotel is visually stunning, thoughtfully designed and impeccably run. The staff could not have been more cosiderate! its a fabulous location to see the Blue Jays or any event at the Air Canada Center, an easy walk to the Entertainment District, Financial District or the St Lawrence Market, as well as the waterfront. We look forward to our next stay there!

We visited Ripley's Aquarium of Canada and had a blast at the NHLPA Game Time model rink. The staff were super cute, and the location is perfect for a fun getaway. Don't miss the lovely decor and the great breakfast options! Can't wait to come back.
Unfortunately, some of our friends struggled with lukewarm water in the mornings, made showering less pleasant. We let the front desk know, but it was a bit of a letdown.

I booked the hotel online (based on comments from Booked.net and Booked.net), so was a little unsure what to expect. But from walking into the reception area to being shown into our room, we were just delighted with our choice. Friendly, efficient staff on the desk, beautiful decor, unusual layout on our floor, stunning room with heaps of space, including a walk in closet area which pleased my wife no end, comfortably room for a state-of-the-art king bed and a decent rollaway for my son in the bedroom, modern bathroom fittings, double basins - I could go on and on. Location was great - short walk to the CN Tower, 10 minutes to the Harbour Front, 20 minutes to the Eaton Centre and Lawrence Market - very well placed. And I have to mention Susan, the Concierge who was fantastic. Even took us on a personal tour of the centre attached to the hotel which includes a supermarket and a sports bar with 190 TV screens and 112 beers on tap... A wonderful experience, I strongly recommend it. Not cheap, but worth it.

The bathroom is a fantastic design - the shower is fab. The staff are very enthusiastic and helpful and the location was ideal for the concert we attended at ACC
During our 3 night stay there were 2 fire drills. Both false alarms and both in the middle of the night. Most unwelcome to be standing out in the rain in pyjamas!
